The University of Minnesota Sport Business Institute utilizes the skills and knowledge base of select faculty members in the Sport Management program.
Dr. Eric Brownlee has a wide variety of
experiences ranging from coaching youth sports to work with college athletic departments. Eric has recently been involved in sport marketing research
consulting with the Louisville Bats and Gopher Sports Marketing. Services include marketing, facility and event management.
Dr. Lisa Kihl's area of expertise is
ethical decision making, policy development and analysis, and organizational effectiveness. Services include professional ethics education, policy analysis,
and evaluation of organizations.
Dr. Stephen Ross specializes in sport branding and
marketing, sport consumer psychology, and spectator behavior. Services include customer experience surveys, brand marketing analysis and development of positioning
and branding strategies.
Dr. Yongjae Kim is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and is currently serving as Assistant Professor at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. During his graduate career at Minnesota he served the Sport Business Institute as the VP of Marketing Research. He is now recognized as a member of the Affiliated Faculty.
